Best exercises to improve respiratory system, for better resistance to the coronavirus!!!

World health organisation has reported, that the virus has been found to affect mostly the respiratory system. While spreading route is highly contagious through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
When the body is in state of stress due to an injury, poor posture, lack of motion or disease. It won’t have enough resources, and will deal poorly with addition infection – meaning long recovery.
My rule as an osteopath for patient care beside treatment, is to educate patient to achieve optimal posture and motion by conducting specific exercises. Letting the body its ideal condition, in order to facilitate and enhance its own self-regulatory, self-healing and health maintenance mechanisms.
Since the virus has been found to affect mostly the respiratory system. Good mobility of thoracic spine, rib cage, shoulders and neck. Followed by strong and flexible respiratory muscles and ligaments, will improve the total lung capacity breath volume. Which is required for healthy lungs function, hence potentially increasing the resistance, and if affected the recovery.
Practice at least 2-3 exercises out of the full routine, twice a day morning and evening for better results.
